WNK105 Temperature Transmitter
WNK105 is a 2-wire, smart temperature transmitter which can be programmed by DIP switch and Can by PC progra mmed. It has measurement input for various RTD signals and converts this signal into 4-20 ma (2-wire) standard current signal after linear processing; a special signal can be set in advance while the sensor is burnout or short. It is often installed into the junction box of temperature sensor's head, or matched with mounting bracket on standard DIN guide rail, Round and striped design for the mounting hole can meet different requirements for the junction box.
Measurement range can be easily adjust through DIP switch using a small screw driver, no need for power supply, or accessing one resistance box ,signal generator to the input terminal;regardless of being matched with temperature sensor or used for field-mounted, it all can realize real-time adjustment, which can greatly shorten the time of adjustment, moreover lower the difficult of adjustment ;with different position of DIP switch we can see clearly the present measuring range. Its remarkable feature: Visual range easily can be understood, reduce the error probability when adjust the measurement.
It adopts anti-surge function and anti-pulse circuit design. It possesses anti-function function. Index of anti-surge test reaches five times(±4000V) continuously does harmless to products, protecting connecting device from damage. Input terminal and output terminal all have anti-pulse(± 000V) 4 ability. This product can avoid perfectly the possible damage from inductive thunder or inner high power device start or stop, circuit fault, cutting action, frequency conversion equipment running and electric welding machine working.
